Limitations and Tricks of Composite Lamina Veneers in Smile Design

Therefore, patients are in search of a treatment method to create a positive change in their smiles. Although composite lamina veneer applications, which have become popular with the development of adhesive dentistry, meet this quest in a simple, economical and minimally invasive way, the aesthetic management of cases poses a great clinical challenge.

The course program, which mostly includes case sharing and clinical tips, will cover simple aesthetic parameters, optical properties of the tooth tissue and the restorative material used, matrixing, layering and finishing techniques. In the practical part; participants will perform a composite lamina veneer restoration on a central tooth prepared on a phantom model.
