Anterior Kompozit Restorasyonlar; Kırık, Diastema, Lamina

Anterior kursumuzun ilk gününde kırık, diastema ve lamina restorasyonları için gerekli estetik ve fonksiyonel parametreler analiz edilecek, mine, dentin ve modern kompozit materyallerin optik özellikleri tanımlanacak, doğru renk seçimine yardımcı unsurlar, izolasyon ve preparasyon teknikleri, matrisleme modelleri, tekli veya çoklu tabakalama teknikleri, yüzey karakteristiklerinin oluşturulması ve bitirme teknikleri vaka görselleriyle teorik olarak anlatılacaktır. Teorik eğitimden sonra hands-on bölümünde fantom çene modelinde anterior bölgeye rubber dam uygulaması yapılacaktır. Fantom çene modelinde santral dişte kırık oluşturularak tabakalama tekniğiyle kırık restorasyonu preparasyondan bitime kadar adım adım tatbik edilecektir. Anterior kursunun ikinci gününde diastema ve kompozit lamina restorasyonları için klinikte yapılması gerekenler preparasyondan bitim aşamasına kadar vakalar eşliğinde teorik olarak anlatılacaktır. Farklı kompozit markalarının kullanımı ve sonuçları interaktif bir şekilde tartışılacaktır. Teorik eğitimden sonra anterior kursumuzun hands-on bölümünde fantom modelde santral dişler arasında diastema oluşturulup sonrasında kapatılacak ve yine santral dişe lamina preparasyonu ve restorasyonu yapılacaktır.
